Systemic Leadership

Systemic Leadership is the ability to lead with attentiveness to how you are impacting the system you are in, and how it impacts you. But what does that mean? And why does it matter?

Leadership is traditionally associated with competencies and skills that enable people to reach great results through others. This puts the focus on conscious practices and measurable outcomes. But organisational systems are made up of a web of unconscious social patterns and interconnections that are far  more influential than we often realise.

Issues abound today where our systemic intelligence can guide us to fresh perspectives about how to navigate change; take issues like burn-out, high employee churn, recurring conflicts etc.

In this seminar, you will learn more about what it takes to lead with systemic intelligence, and how it can provide you with more perspective on how to navigate the complexity of our time.
